Department of Educational Planning and Management

The MA-EPM program offers courses of study in the professional areas of educational Planning and Management which are aimed at producing a cadre of highly skilled professionals for educational institutions and other organizations of the country. This Specialize program in educational planning and management comprises of 48 credit hours. Aims of the program are to produce educational leader with professional vision through the intensive study of new developments, trends and directions in the field of education keeping in view of the modern scientific and technical advancement. The program also develops produce research-oriented personnel to initiate research at grass root level. In addition, the program produces teachers who can play the role of effective organizers of teaching and learning activities.

• Enhance the pedagogical knowledge and skills of teachers and non-teaching people.
• Enable the learners to take leadership roles in educational institutions in specialized areas of education such as school administration, curriculum enrichment, guidance and counseling etc.
