Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Illahi Bakhsh Marghzani Delivers Keynote Address at HZAU Wuhan, China (18–21 November 2025)

Pro Vice Chancellor of the Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Prof. Dr. Illahi Bakhsh Marghzani, participated as a distinguished Keynote Speaker at the 5th Belt and Road Sino-Pak Agriculture Forum held at Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), Wuhan, China, from 18–21 November 2025.

This prestigious international event brought together scientists, researchers, professionals, and industry leaders to explore advanced developments in the agriculture and livestock sectors under the Belt and Road framework.

“Exploring the Potential of Camels as Climate-Resilient Dairy Animals in Pakistan” — Keynote Address by Prof. Dr. Illahi Bakhsh Marghzani.

Prof. Dr. Marghzani received a warm reception and complete sponsorship from the host institution, particularly from Prof. Dr. Guohua Hua. This reflects the strong academic partnership between LUAWMS and HZAU and their mutual commitment toward sustainable agricultural research.

Collaborative Research Discussions

The Pro Vice Chancellor held detailed meetings with the host delegation, particularly with Prof. Dr. Guohua Hua of the College of Animal Science and Technology, who is leading advanced research on genetic and production studies in various livestock species.

The discussions centered on future collaboration in:
