Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Balach Rashid as the new Registrar of the University.
Dr. Balach Rashid, a distinguished academic and administrator, holds a Ph.D. from Malaysia. He has served as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences and has also made significant contributions as the Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC).
Dr. Balach Rashid has officially taken charge as Registrar and started his responsibilities, focusing on strengthening governance, enhancing academic standards, and advancing institutional development at LUAWMS.
