A high-level meeting was held in St. Petersburg, Russia, under the chairmanship of Governor Balochistan, Mr. Jafar Khan Mandokhail, with heads of leading academic institutions and departments from Russia.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdul Malik Tareen, Vice Chancellor of Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water & Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), along with Vice Chancellors from other universities across Balochistan.
During the session, key topics such as mutual academic collaboration, joint research initiatives, and bilateral student exchange programs were discussed in detail.
It was mutually agreed that the decisions reached during the meeting would be implemented in the near future, opening doors to stronger Pakistan–Russia educational cooperation.
LUAWMS continues to play a leading role in expanding international partnerships and creating global opportunities for its students and faculty.
